I have plenty of money to spend to get a new car, all prices welcome but please no 20K plus super show cars with 60K inot them.

I am looking for a:
-Ls1 powered 89-92 GTA or TA.
-Built Gen I with TPI or super ram.
-Cars with blowers and nitrous welcome.
-must be able to pass CA smog, so no HSR or MR.
-Be a somewhat clean car with not alot of defects or problems.
