FOR SALE: 1985 Trans Am, 305, Auto, T-tops, 48K Original Miles
I have put alot of time/$$ into the car, but have to sell.
Here is a list of what has been replaced:
- New paint (minimal bodywork was required), brand new tires, refinished 16x8 rims, New Decals/Stripes, Taillights
- New seats, consol, switches/turn signal lever, head liner, sail panels, sun visors, CD player/speakers (Pioneer)
- New front brakes, exhaust/muffler, radiator and fan shroud, Engine has headers, re-machined heads, new gaskets, Edelbrock intake manifold and 600 cfm carb, A/C delete box, new chrome alternator, vavle covers, L69 intake (new lid, air ducts), new windshield / radiator reservoirs
- Pics can be seen at Autotrader: (here is the ID: AT-D746E62) and members.cardomain.com/8firebird8
The car is only driven to local shows / cruise-ins, stored winters in an insulated garage, never raced or hot-rodded. Always draws a crowd or wins a trophy at each event. Many times has won 1st place in its class.
**Asking $7500,**
Call me at (330) 646-8963 or E-mail me at 8firebird8@neo.rr.com if you are interested. The price is firm, since I have more in the car than what I am asking. An excellent example of a Third Gen Firebird.

Just wanted to say you have a nice car there. I just sold one of my nicest firebirds yesterday and although it was the nicest I have owned and the best car I ever sold ( for $1600 at that priced to sell ) had nothing but run around from people. I seen you dropped ur price & wanted to tell you people want things for nothing. Goodluck in selling it. I put car on ebay & within 3 hrs had 6 bids but got worried about poeople w/ no feedback, so then we listed in paper & on interent. All the paper brought in was alot of teenagers looking for a free ride. One kid brought his dad & they were going to buy it then called me next day & said no because of no airbags. then after about 16 more teenagers 40 yr old Hippie mommies boy called looked at it said he was sold. Set up to transfer title an hour after he was suppose to be here called me and said he did not want it b/c his mom gave him her car b/c our car had no a/c. Finally yesterday out of all the people who saw our car the best buyer for it who will cherish it and baby like we have, bought car for more then what I offered it to the other 2 for. I am glad the car did not sell to the 2 pansies my car was too good for them. My point if u do not get any bites on ur car it is not just you. You have a nice T/A. Don't go lower then you want that is a good price.
It's a another floor mat under the.....ummm.....floormat! It just has red piping on it around the edges.

Bump (for the last time). This is the last post I am putting up for selling my cars. I figured that the prices they were listed at would have had them sold weeks ago. Getting sick of all of the tire kickers too
$6500 takes it home. If you aren't serious, dont waste my time!
