We'll I just finished grad school and will be taking a job in SC. I will be renting so I have no place to put the car anymore. THe paint is decent with minor chipping on the front. No exterior body rust. Car has sat for a while now so to get her started you will need a new battery and starter. Tranny is basically shot. Would make an awesome project car or you could part it out for a quick profit. Make me an offer, just want to get rid of her
the car
305c.i.
tuned port injection
SLP cold air induction/throttle body air foil
flow master american thunder exhaust w/ 3" tips
th-700r4 auto
2.73 rear end gears
16" turbo-fin "deep dish" style wheels
tranny shot meaning not driveable i would imagine? I live in florida, i was hoping to find a car i could drive home but if the price is right then..
LOL, I wouldn't reccomend trying to drive this car to fla
the tranny is not a total lost yet. last time I drove it, it would go into gear but had to be manually shifted. There is a very slight chance it will still go into 1st, but doubtful
Do you have any pics of the interior and the engine and if possible the underside, thanks.

sorry, don't have any engine or interior pics. You'll just have to come see it The only thing new in the interior is the headliner.
I can assure you my description of the car is accurate. The engine is a 305c.i. w/ tuned port injection backed by a 700r4 tranny.
underside is stock, It hasn't been sand blasted and powdercoated or anything. If you are wondering about rust its no better or no worst than any other 20yr old GM vehicle.

you guys are missing out on a great deal here. I just want to get rid of the car. If I don't, it'll just sit there and rott away

yes, the car sits as I described and those pics are up to date. This was my 1st car, bought it when I was 17. This car took me through highschool and some of college. I want to get rid of it but its worth alot more than $500. $600 is an absolute steal already.......
From how long this thing has been on here and based on the pics and description, why don't you just take an afternoon and put a cheap Wal-Mart battery and discount starter on her and sell her as a running, fires right up car? I understand not having time, but it has been a while and you probably have had at least one afternoon to get it so it is a turnkey, hear it run car. That way all it needs a tranny rebuild or ready to go tranny at like $500 or so...it would be worth more that way too. What is killing it is you are in GA and not many people form that area are looking for this car I guess, but it doesn;t run/drive so it makes it hard to justify purchasing in unrunning condition. At least if it could be started and put in any gear to drive it onto a trailer, it would be easier and cheaper to transport. As it sits, the car would be astronomical to ship via truck shipping company...which leaves only people with trailers who can make a drive to pick it up or happen to be coming through the area. I would have bought this thing months ago if it could be driven onto a trailer or to my house...just trying to help out in the sale as I hate to see a good car go to waste. I think this would be a great project for someone at a reasonable price too.
sale pending until the 10th. I've recieved numerous PMs and phone calls about the car in the past week. If the sale falls through you guys may have to "draw straws" or something, LOL
buyer is unable to get transport by the 10th, however he has agreed to pay the total price of the car to hold it until a transport is available. So in effect the car would be cosigned property. I am not entirely comfortable with this situation so I'm providing any local buyer a "window" of opportunity to purchase the vehicle. I'm given all interested parties til this weekend to pick up the car. If the car is not sold by sunday I will sign over ownership to the original buyer.
