I have an '87 Firebird with a 400 small block Chevy from '76 Impala station wagon. I has a Edelbrock EPS intake.Holley 4 barrel. It has Tokiko HP blue shocks on three wheels.
It cost me over 3,500 dollars to build this car.
It needs new piston rings small amount of bodywork.
1,000 or best offer. I'm restoring a '64 cadillac hearse and don't have the time or money to put into the firebird.
Re: '87 Bird w/ 400sbc and holley 4bbl Lakeland FL
You say the Firebird is 1987 but the tail lights sure aren't...
Can you tell me what year or years the various parts on the car are? 87 main body, what year are the silver panels? tail lights? What about the interior? Where in Lakeland is it? Maybe I can do a drive by...
What was the original engine in the car? Do you have the original wiring and computer for the original engine? Do you have the original engine or any parts from it? I see the A/C compressor is mounted. Does the A/C work?
Re: '87 Bird w/ 400sbc and holley 4bbl Lakeland FL
The black half of the car is 85. The silver portion is an 87, which it is titled under(the rest was salvage). The interior is in fair to poor condition. The original engine in the car was a 305, the original wiring is still intact. But, the original engine was not retained. The a/c blows but is not cold. I've never tried to charge it.
