| FS: '88 Firebird: 52k Miles, $10k OBO, Northeast PA
I've got a red '88 Firebird for sale. The thing is pretty much in mint condition, it's been garage kept for the past however many years, except for the last few months that I've owned it (I got it in October).
I really love the car, but I don't have a garage or anything and I'm a bad enough driver to risk totaling it in a wreck one day, so I'd love to see it go to someone who can take care of it better than I can.
With a few hours of work from someone who knows what they're doing it could probably be just as shiny as the day it rolled off the the lot.
It's V6 automatic, T-tops, power windows, all original gear inside (down the floor mats), pretty much like it's straight from the 80's. No dents or scratches. As far as I know, nobody's ever even smoked in it, and I haven't had any food or drinks in it or anything like that.
The only thing is that the hydraulics to hold open the hatch and the hood dried out, so you'll have to replace them, and the power windows could use a little greasing or whatever it is you do for powered windows. Just got it inspected last week, so everything's good to go.
