Hi, I am selling my 1982 Trans Am. I purchased this car several years ago as a project, and lost interest. Work I have done to the car includes installing a mildly built 355 Chevy (world products s/r heads, Edelbrock preformer EPS intake, Holley Carb, Hedman Headers, comp cams Camshaft, new crankshaft and pistons. Basically everything in the engine was replaced except the connecting rods, pushrods and rocker arms.), Borg-warner T-5 5-speed Transmission, custom exhaust, black interior (except for the blue front seats...)
The car also has a posi rear-end, I believe 3.27 ratio, however one spring for the clutches in the posi unit is missing. The car needs a little TLC, but runs and drives great. The body is in OK shape, but it could use a little bit of work ( some rust here and there, mostly dents though. There is a little bit of underbody rust as well). I also cut the front springs so the car is pretty low. I have a set of stock replacement springs as well as a set of never installed lowering springs. The drivers side door panel needs to be assembled but I have all the pieces required. Also the speedometer does not work, but all that is needed to fix it is a cable drive unit for the transmission. I have some extra parts that I can include if wanted. May consider a lower price if the extra parts are not wanted.
Drop me an email at b82ta@iastate.edu if interested, thanks.

Thanks a lot,

Reason: Automerged Doublepost
The drivers side door panel is installed, as are the front lower kick panels. This completes the interior although the headliner is in rough shape. Also the headlights work properly now and go up and down perfectly.
