Car: 92 Camaro RS Engine: 350 ci Carb Transmission: 5speed | [Trade] Low Miles 1987 Formula (looking for early 4th gen Z) hey all! thanks for looking at my ad. i've got a 1987 Formula. 62,000 Miles, V8 (LG4 4 barrel) automatic. T Tops, split folding rear seat. Car runs really good. starts easy every time. electric choke works great. has a holley pro flo air cleaner and flowmaster exhaust. Smog pump delete. A/C is ICE cold, converted to R134-A. Heat works really good too, it turns into a suana inside. I've had the car ince 50,000 miles, i was told it did alot of sitting and being neglected. i've put the last 12,000 miles on it, and no i havent neccessarily beaten the snot out of it, but i have not driven it like the 80 yr old grandma going to church either. all fluids have been maintained, wheels used to be yellow from fadec learcoat, but are now back to silver. car Needs paint, the paint was sun faded really bad, and i've sanded it down and put some black acrylic laquer on it, but we know without primer you will see the lines. some MINOR sings and one dent in the rear driver's quarter needs fixed. headliner is out of the car, it was hanging down horribly. seats are pretty messed up, leather covers over the fronts for now, the rear just needs the top of the seat re-done. another neglect issue. any questions on the car feel free to ask. I will post pics at request! SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE.
What i'm looking for:
Looking to trade this low miles 3rd gen for a early 3rd gen. 93-97 Z28 or V8 bird. Miles do not matter to me, high miles is ok! all i'm picky on is that it runs and drives, and i shouldnt have much problems getting it ready for daily driving. color doesnt matter, condition is only kind of important. will require pics for negotiation.
I drive about 120 miles per day, i am attending School at Nascar Technical institute here in mooresville, so i'd like to keep low miles on the formula, so it might be better in somebody elses hands. plus, i've been thinking of switch back to 4th gen anyways. My formula has been in several car shows in the area, including Auto Fair at Lowes Motor speedway. it has the 1984 stlye trans am bumper on it, with the later model TA hood. it needs one (pass. side) Ground effect to be complete. thanks again for looking! | | | |
