I am posting the 82 and 86 for my friend. WE ARE NOT PARTING OUT any of the cars.

the 82 is a Recaro Trans Am CFI car does not run. car is mostly there, seat are gone. battery tray is rotted out the floors looked solid. $500 OBO.

the 86 Trans Am is SOLD!!!!!

The interior in the 82 is muddy the seat are gone my friend took the out to clean them the rear seat foam was about the only thing salvageable the metal frame work one the fronts where in really bad shape and fell apart. The 86 is decent the headliner in missing and has cloth fronts and vinyl rear seats carpet is not bad but only has the front section the rear section was gone.

well the battery tray, hood and drivers door have rust damage the worst the res of the car is solid. Car is an auto. as for the price I,m not sure how much lower he would go.

too bad you are 4 1/2 hours away, and the car doesn't run...otherwise i'd be interested in the '82. Why can't I ever find these closer to me!??

Is that a camaro RS chin spoiler on the 82 firebird?? If yes...Is it a straight fit to the 82 firebird bumper? any other bumpers it would mount to?

Pass side quarter looks like it could use some work by the door, I never had a good chance to crawl under it completely yet. I have been busy with my cars. As for the 200 mile drive not with it fuel delivery problem it barely made 10 miles. it is an auto.

i hate to break it to you or your buddy but the Recaros for the 82 TA kinda make it rare and worth buying, it's not like you can find Recaros for that car everywhere at anytime. It's kinda of a firebird not a Recaro TA. I guess you wouldn't mind going out for a steak dinner and paying $20. for a steak dinner and not getting any steak either?

I honestly could care less about seats for that car. I can't help it if sitting for almost 2 decades in a barn destoyed them. Yes he originally bought the 82 for the seats and front GFX piece but he was only able to use the GFX. He was lucky enough to find a good set of Recaro seats in a junk yard car to put in his 84. and on that note I'm done.

I see the front clip is for a firebird(not t/a). Is the doors firebird also? Does it have a clean title?

doors are from either a 91-92 bird. I believe the car was wrecked once before. I will have to look at the title next time. OK now I done. I will only do business with local people from now on.

he said he would take 500 for it.

And I putting my 89 back up for sale.

It needs a freeze plug put in which I have a freeze plug set that goes with the car. I have put a new starter on. and rebuilt the distributor. the car currently has a red Trans Am bumper cover on but the original cover comes with the car.

The car does have some surface rust and the hood is shot. the front seats need replaced and the front carpet cleaned the rear I cleaned when I bought the car. every thing work on the car except the A/C and heater the previous owner bypass the heater core.the previous owner also started body work and primed the car half way. the pass side head light assembly is there driver side is gone car is located in Lucasville, Ohio. I need it gone to so I can get an LS1 for my GTA. Price is $900 OBO
