I have owned this car for 7 years and have added many original Pontiac options. Has not been a daily driver. Has 114,000 miles. 305 throttle body, 5spd, T-tops, ground effects. Now for what I have added: functional cowl induction hood and aircleaner, Trans-AM rear wing, Trans-Am taillights, replaced plastic t-tops with earlier tempered glass style, factory Pontiac CD player from 1996 Grand Prix, cloth seats from 1994 Trans Am, I haven't installed rear seats yet but you get em. Added some monster front and rear swaybars from 1989 GTA, suspension "wonderbar" from IROC Camaro, factory 16"Formula wheels, new tires with less than 1000 miles. You get GTA quick ratio steering box that I have not installed yet. Now for it's biggest needs, depending appond the reaction to this add I may have time to take care of a few of them... Needs a thermostat, drives but has brake issues, pulls to the right when braking, headliner needs repair or replaced, see pics, I installed new front tierod end and struts, drives straight down the road but steering wheel not centered, could stand an alignment.
I paid 3700 for the car in 2002, I have had fun working on it these past 7 years, easily spending another 1500 with the upgrades. You need to understand and appreciate all that has been done. This will make a great car for an enthusiest for fun or show.
I just cleared title, the second time, with my tax return. Last October I won full custody of my 4 kids under 11years old. My buick workcar is getting to worn out to be my primary family car. I am in the market for a 1998-2003 Pontiac Montana and would be very serious about a trade if you had one.
Call 641 530 1146..I am located in North Central IA
