1991 Trans Am Convertible 5-speed for sale !!!SOLD!!!
I am listing my '91 Trans Am Convertible with a heavy heart The olny reason she is up for sale is because I promised the boss that if she'd let me buy my dream car (1969 Cougar Convertible 428CJ) that I'd thin the collection al little. The CJ car is one of only 11 built!
The TA is Green/ Tan leather 109,000 miles. 5-speed tranny. Pretty much loaded WS6, A/C, PW, PL, Power antenna (still works) etc.
The seats were changed to grey cloth 4th gen my the PO. I have a set of original GTA tan leather seats that go with the car (need recovered). The car runs/drives great! Car is all original (original wheels/center caps etc.) The top needs to be replaced. Overall good shape. $4000/firm
bump for a good seller and good car. I have personally driven this car. runs and drives great. just needs the orginal seats put in and the top fixed.
good luck
Nice car, let us know how much you let her go for. I got basically the same car as yours with 98,000 except for auto transmission (NOT for sale though).
No its still available. probabaly the craigslist ad expired. he is having a hard time letting go of this car.
let me know if your serious , i will ask him to get up some pictures. or even feel free to call him
Spring is here time to bump the ad to the top! She's been stored in my warehouse all winter and I am getting tired of trying not to hit her with the forklift!! I will let her go at a loss if anyone wants to act quickly. $4000/firm takes her home! Jump before I get of my lazy butt, dust her off and start driving her. If that happens I'll fall in love with her again and want to keep it......which will be ok with me My wife hasn't mentioned selling it lately so maybe she as forgotten that I still have it hmmmmm......
Why are the good cars so Far Away From ME! I am currently in the market for a 1991 TA but i live in California. I cant find any around here. Shipping must b expensive huh. I really want one. sigh.

Would probably cost around 12-1500 to have it shipped.. I have had my Viper and Vette shipped from CA to CO and they were both around 1200.
Fly out and drive it back, don't let a few miles ruin a chance of owning something you want..
You got me thinking. Let me see if I can convince my wife that this will be a good summer car for her to do her running in. I can't believe no one has jumped on this car yet.
Ya its is , I know my friend wants to keep it for long as possible. He has a wearhouse he stores all the cars. Its been taken care of since he has had it. It does need TLC. But runs like a champ. I think he recently took it to a plant in NE from KS.
But his 428CJ needs engine work and he needs the money to fix that up. I would have brought it from him and he would have gladley took payments but he's already helping me store a IROC that needs TLC and I am in the middle of a LS1 swap on the TA.
We got some interest from the Pontiac gathering. Mom & Dad wants to buy this from their Daughter as 1st car. I hope somebody with time and money buys this and put it back to its glory.

You're crazy for selling but I understand completely. I have a 92 Formula Conv. I just got a new top put on for 900. Asking lots more for mine. You will never have another one of those either!! I have a 79 Espirit Skybird w big block. I bought the vert because it was a good deal and I was gonna sell the vert. when the 79 done. Ha! She remind me every now and then. Now I found a 69 vert. AND can't stop wanting it. Behind a barn, bad frame but onlt 18k miles. Been there since we all know when and why. The mom is left. She want it gone. Needs a frame from sitting / but I want it bad. Keep it, maybe she forget, than one of your kids can wreck it I mean drive it to college.
$4k rock bottom price is firm. I am looking at purchasing parts for the CJ project and am getting ready to spend money on body work. Selling the TA now will help. If not she stays under the car cover in the warehouse until I get around to her.
I am very interested in this! I used to have this exact car almost. It was a 92 though with T-tops. You can see it in my profile picture. It was stolen from me a few years ago. I bought another project 3rd gen but had to leave it behind when I moved with my husband to an army base in Texas, so I am very interested in your car. I live in Fort Campbell Kentucky so I can't just stop by and take a look at it but I will be talking to my husband about picking it up. I literally gasped out loud when I came across this ad because it is "my car"...I really miss it.
