1989 Formula 350 , all black inside and out hardop, 5.7 v8 automatic , 4 whl disc brakes.
THE GOOD:All original except for a cheap MAACO respray in black about 6 yrs ago, a 180 deg stat with matching fan switch from JET, Flowmaster muffler and rebuilt trans from AAMCO about 3 yrs ago
THE BAD:runs, but only with brown wire to computer timing unplugged
if plugged in, car stalls

tags and inspection are good for another 2 or 3 months if I'm not mistaken
ok. if you change ur mind or decide to sell as a roller im very interested. if i was lookin to keep it an l98 car id pick it up but i want something for a ls swap.

Its a nice looking car and I hate to let it go, but wife won't let me spend anymore money on it.
Still inspected and tagged till July I believe

it runs very well on the freeway, but I can't guarantee anything
and , my brother in law who works at a Lexus dealership told me I need injectors since the ones in the car are the original ones

Dude if you will not accept 100% payment in advance you should say so here as terms of you deal. You wasted my time and a car shippers time arranging a buy. Why would I spend $400 flying to you to hand you cash and then spend $500 to ship the car to me?

Well that's not all the OP did. A friend of mine was set to come look at it with cash in hand and while we were on the way he finally called back and told my friend that the car was already sold and that someone sent him payment. Basically he jerked my friend around and wasted his and MY time. Although he didn't know he was wasting my time but I was providing my friend a ride out there. I'm not sure what the deal is but he evidently does not want to sell this car.
My friend has CASH and is ready NOW. I'm on stand buy to bring him to the car at ANYTIME. So to the OP I ask, do you want to sell this car or not? If you don't want to sell it for that price then raise the price. If you don't want to sell the car then don't. Don't do something just because your wife wants you to. Either grow a pair and keep your car or sell it. Either way, please stop jerking people around.
I'll be online most of the night. If you want to make a deal then PM me. We just need to make sure that the car isn't a rusted out **** heap and that it does indeed run.

Again, sorry the deal did not work out. However, as I told you on the phone, the deal was making me nervous. It was ever changing and more complicated with each correspondence. Regarding you coming in person: that was what you first told me that you were planning. Now, regarding the escrow account and or the cashier check plan, there are many cautions that a seller needs to be alert to regarding fraud. In the end, I did not sell to you because of a gut feeling I had. No other reason & that is why I stopped the deal after about two weeks of negations.
