Back to thirdgens comment on my plans for my new 91 GTA

I haven't posted here in a long time and wanted to say hi. My first car was a 90 formula I had until it was crashed once it was done up(not my fault). It prompted me to get into 4th gens heres a pic of my current ride:

Well in the next week I am getting back into the 3rd gen game with my friends 91 GTA 305 TPI black with grey cloth(no pics yet). It only has 84k with edelbrock catback msd ignition under drive pulley and a sony head unit it rolls on 17' ROH RTs in silver. ITs rough around the edges though. One of the gfx pieces is broken on the drivers side paint is faded the interior is dirty and the car has not been started in over a year. But I see potential! Now I'm treating the car as a blank canvas and want to modify it nice on very little money. For the interior rubber floormats some seat covers and FEBREZE-minimal $$$.

For the exterior this is where help is needed most and where I want to spend the most time outside of getting the car running!

For the wheels I want to sell the ROH RTs and put the stock crosslace back on with a twist. I want to powdercoat the the centers mirror black and the lip either chrome or gold. Reason-heritage and cheaper tires.

For the paint I want to do a flat black. Reason -easy care, cheap, more uniform than the faded original job, and old school.

For the hood I want to swap a powerbulge on and put the 84 powerbulge grid style hood bird in a reflective black vinyl. Reason-I saw a black reflective vinyl set of decals on a 4th gen ta and had a gold ghost style look about it. The powerbulge because one of my high school friends had 91 firebird and swapped a power bulge on and it looked sweet.

For the rear of the car I am going to tint the 2 piece tail lights tint the rear hatch and swap the ugly tips for turndowns. Reason clean up the rear section and look more simple.

For the front I want swap in LED fogs and better headlights and leave the rest as is. Reason better vibility.

Thanks for reading please leave comments or suggestions-keeping in mind I want things done on the cheap and this will be my daily driver. I know its a rare car, but given the present condition I don't care about making things correct for the model year. I want the car to be unique in a classy affordable package.

Thanks and your right I do need to give you some pics to explain what I'm talking about. I have the car in my posession and I already sold the ROH Rts on monday and picked up a powerbulge hood tonight(thanks 86TA)I also got the missing GFX piece in the mail today as well. I don't have any current pics but I have a photoshop someone else did for me. I also saw a black 91-92 GTA on the PA turnpike today as well..weird.

Idea for wheels:

Idea for powerbulge hood:

nice lookin GTA, just a thought on the paint, before I'd invest the money in a new paint job I'd try some heavy cut buffing compound on the faded paint, it may bring the shine back depending on how bad the clear is (doesn't look bad from the pic).
