85 IROC rear end gear

No rpo sheet. Can anyone tell me what gears came in this car. It is an automatic with tpi. Thank you.

Look on your axle tube, passenger side. There is a code there, that will tell you for sure.

You could have the 3.42 gear without having RPO G92. Here's the spid from my old '85 IROC that shows GU6 but not G92.

My 85 IROC has 3.23s. I believe I read in one of the tech/info articles on this site that 3.23s were standard.
