how rare are wheel flares on 3rd gens??

I have a '88 Firebird Formula and it has the wheel flares on it that look like the flares on 2nd gen firebird trans ams. Ive looked all over the net to try to find pictures of other cars with these flares, but I havent seen one other car with them. I know they have to be stock. Well any input will help -thanks

Yeah, the 88 appearance is very rare. So don't let anyone talk to you into taking apart the car ;-)

Most of us on here would kill for the spoiler.

my company specializes in fabricating fiberglass pieces...

i could get a spoiler made just like that 88' since everyone seems so interested in it.

give me some time and allow me to look into it and I should be able to provide that same exact spoiler for sale in a very short while....

It is a rare option but I don't like it. I have actually seen one in Dallas in person. Still didn't care for it. Not my tase but to each their own.

Te Z20 package was truely unique, I think 88 was when a bunch of chevy designers swapped with pontiac designers. The Firebird got a camaroish spoiler, and the Camaro got a firebirdish wing...
I was not aware that it was availble on a Formula tho...
