NO. The 82 Pace Car had an 85 mph, double needle speedo. Their were some dealer over-the-counter upgrades for a 140, but not 160. The 160 were aftermarket.

Really? I have a 160mph double needle speedo cluster that I pulled from a 82 pace car.

Yep, I keep images of rare and usual parts and yours is the only one I've ever seen. Why didn't you post it earlier? Hey, that's a pretty rare looking garage floor too! Never seen one quite that color.
Sorry for kind of bringing this back from the dead, but I have seen a 160 mph speedo in some 2nd gen t/a's And it looks like the gauge in the top pic is one by the looks of the font and look at how many digits, (5) I bet it is out of 2nd gen.
