Some cool options like a gas tank baffle, aluminum spare, no decals/foglights etc... but they are too rare for me to ever want to own one... I couldn't drive the thing without worrying!
There are more than a few 1LE clones on the streets because upgrading to 1LE specs is a fairly popular project. Do a search and you will find quite a bit of info.

I have the aluminum driveshaft, baffled gas tank, aluminum spare, posi rear, and the 305 TPI with the non-peanut cam (220hp/300lb/ft) Plus the WC T5. Hopefully a 350 crate will come soon for my TPI setup... but then I have to get a better tranny (not again!!)

My 350 Z28 has all these things too, not sure on the baffled fuel tank. Makes 245hp/375ftlbs. BUT, Still no rpo code of 1LE.
1LE commonly ONLY refers to the larger front brakes and the fuel tank improvements.
There are many combinations of options that go along with 1LE, but were not part of it.
And yes there are many examples of ODD combinations that GM made ... so no single rule fits all cases.
The only way to get the 12" front brakes and PBR calipers was to have the 1LE option (1988-1992) or if the car was manufactured for the Player's challenge series in 1988 (they were non 1LE cars with the 12" brakes).
The general assumption was that you had to order a car with the correct grouping of options in order to "qualify" for the 1LE option group. This was true in 80% of the cases. The 20% are the BC4 police options, A4U/R7U Players Challenge cars, the 1989 Anniversary T/A and the odd "mistake" GM made.
Actually... 1LE is an acronym from the Smithsonian borrowed by GM under license that pertains to Russian artwork or more specifically to the Faberge period it stands for "One lucky Egghead"
