Looking for an approximate value on '86 Z28

About 36k original miles. It's been garaged since it was new. One owner. Interior is near perfect, with only slight signs of normal wear. It does have the telltale crack in the corner on the dash pad next to the driver side door. The body is perfect, the car has never been in snow. It is the LG4 motor so only 165 hp, with 4 speed 700R4 and 2.73 open rear end. Manual windows, manual locks, cruise, B&M shifter, Grant steering wheel, AC but does not blow. Paint is slightly faded, but still looks good.

What should I expect this car to sell for at retail? Blue book is only about 1,400 -- what would be an approximate collector value?

Thanks in advance.

If it was in collector condition, you could get more, but with faded paint, nonworking AC, cracks in the dash and aftermarket components, You'll probably get offers in the $3500 range. The car has basically no options, so collectors won't be interested as much.

Thanks Scott. The number I had in mind was about 3000-3500 so I guess I'm on target.
