The Computer Command Control system was optional on LG4 305 V8 cars sold in Canada. Most people didn't order it. I'm not sure how the '82-84 2.8L V6 carbureated engines were setup for Canada.
Thanks guys, Im gonna try to be on the look out for a Camaro without an ECM then even if they are rare bc I love these cars but I hate dealing with Check engine lights. Smog will always be there for these cars but at least with the ECM out of the way I could do a few things without throwing codes.
you can still do things to the cars and keep the CCC system, just have to get the chips burned is all. You can gut the ECM control and put a regular vacuum distributor and carb on the car. But if you are getting a TPI car, it would be best to keep all of that setup and get the chips burned.
If you're hellbent on not having an ECM, it would be much easier to just convert a car to non-computer carbed than trying to find a rare factory one. Besides, even without a computer, would you still want the factory quadrajunk carb and intake? To convert a car, it doesnt really take much more than an intake, carb, and vacuum distributor. If the car is originally TBI or TPI, you can re-use the existing in-tank pump, with a regulator to lower the pressure down to carb range. I think a few people have also just disconnected the pump, and let the engine-driven pump pull fuel through it.

On the dual exhaust Tanker no is the answer in the traditional sense. The early cars had RPO-N10 which was a dual muffler setup off the single I-pipe from the cat. This was discarded on L69 cars in favor of a single hiflow muffler.
RPO-N10 was used again on the later cars for the dual cat setup but again still a single I-pipe feeding the muffler.
Starting with the L69 larger ID eahaust manifolds/y-pipe/i-pipe were used in conjuction with the free flowing monolith cat and muffler. This carried over to the majority of the TPI cars. The LG4/LO3 and LU5 shared exhaust system which is very restrictive.
My personal opinion why there wasn't a trual dual exhaust like the Fox body Mustang had was cost and lack of room underneath.
