Thanks, Looks better and better the further you get away
The initial plans was to buy a new battery and replace the dry rotted tires on the back and put it on craigslist for 1200 to 1500 or so... but the more I read about it and seems its kinda rare (like there was only about 360 of the 5.7 Formulas made) the more I think about keeping it. I jumped it off today and aired up the tires and took it for a spin. Doesn't seem as fast as my R/T or Lincoln but its got potential. I never did like the Cam/Birds much
nice found for a couple hundred bucks ill buy it off you for a few more
Nice... friend of mine pulled that on me today, I opened the hood and he's like "oh tuned port injection! I'll give you 400 for it." I just laughed and said that's ok... Later on in the day he sends a text offering 425 and his El Camino Who the heck would want an El Camino lol!

Charger r/t?Lincoln what?If it is a charger its not going to be as fast as a car with 350hp.That car prolly had 240 hp from the factory.A full tune up would prolly do it good.I would think it would be faster than a lincoln LS if thats what you have.I love the birds/camaros.How nany miles on it?Any interior pics?

No interior pics... the dash is cracked, center console is broke, steering wheel has some of the foam missing and a lot of different plastic pieces have curled up on the edges from the summer heat down here. oh and 16x,xxx miles

Reason: added miles
Is it a manual or auto trans? cause my 91 305 5speed left my buddies dakota r/t in the dust so im pretty sure a correctly tuned 350 should do the trick aswell.

BTW those dakota r/t's are nice looking.
it's an auto... Sounds like your buddy's truck has no mods... They are high 14 sec trucks and who in the heck leaves anything stock
The car Stock should be in the mid 14's. You might need a tune up... If it has not run for a while you might need to clean your injectors, or just get new ones.
