How to verfy that I have a 1983 dayton pace car

How can i find out if my pace car is the real deal or a clone (if it`s posible)

Look at the cowl plate on lines 2, 3 and 4 as shown.



If it is a hardtop CC1 (t-tops) on line 3 will not be shown.

1983 datytona 500 25 anv.
in 1982 the camaro was the pace car for the Indy 500

well, the car arrived and is verfyed as the real deal, It needed som TLC and the prosses is under way!
The cross-fire injection is swapt for a 350 witch is borred to 355 and a 5 speed manuel to go with it.
I`v fixed the speedo so this now works and Im now giving it new header and a hoely carb. This winter I`m going to send the seats to bee re-polsterd and the same with the headliner (Cost a fortune i norway!)
Then re-paint the wole car! (of colurs the paint and decals stay the same)

Well thats the lates for Norway

my daytona 500 has the stock crossfire 305 V8 engine please take some photos for us.
