im thinking it was # 2 when i got the car, but it broke, and i had a ford one laying around so i used it to get me by, now i cant remember what was stock
it's been a year since i looked at it, one sec, i have it for sale in my photobucket, so i shouold have a picture of mine from my 88, give me a minute...
i would assume its that style, since yours was an 88, and thats the more modern headlight symbol but who knows.....IIRC mine was the old school but it to could of been changed, the original owner loved getting j/u parts that fit, not that matched when it came to small details, now im tring to get things right and im like
yea, i wasn't sure if they would change that in 89 when i thought that 90 switched everything to yellow, so i figured they woudln't do a 1 year thing. Seems strange, glad you could clarify! Learned something new today . Also, if you haven't noticed, it is used, so if you have a junk yard near you, you might as well get a correct one yourself. Good luck!
