Window motor/track lube

ok, my drivers window is slower than granny going to country buffet after church on sunday, i know that 9 times out of 10 your track just needs cleaning and lubed to make it travel at a normal speed, this was done with my pass window when the glass was replaced (by a shop) and its quick as can be now.....sooooo to get to my question how do i go about doing this, pref an easy way that dont require drilling out the rivits and all as if i were to replace the motor, if i got to do that to clean and lube than i guess i will put a new motor in when i do it, but i dont see a need to when my factory motor on the pass side went from slow to fast with just a cleaning and lube job

My windows have been slow from the get-go (compared to current models). I found out, after the fact, that a mechanic had sprayed WD-40 down the window slit of my ride to improve the operation. It did - sped her up to as quick as a granny having to pee after church on sunday.
