Re: ZR-1 ThirdGen Camaro

Why are people hung up on the tires? The tires were replaced probably due to safety reasons. Rubber has a lifespan and tire rubber is usually around 6-8 years. Keeping a car on tires of that age is dangerous and GM probably wanted to protect themselves and put newer tires on before it was sold. Liability issues.

Re: ZR-1 ThirdGen Camaro

Some of you guys crack me up.

You don't buy it for the paint. You don't buy it for the wheels or seats. You don't buy it to DRIVE it even. You buy it because you have an A$$ ton of money and you love cars. It's not about the motor, or the tires or the performance potential,or anything other than the intangible part of GM / Thirdgen history. You CERTAINLY don't buy it to modify it.

...but yeah, it's ugly.

Re: ZR-1 ThirdGen Camaro

THe thread has outlived its usefulness IMHO, comments like the one above are uncalled for and I am sick of reading crap like this, it gets old quick... Hell I bet anyone that owned the car would instantly change their mind to think that it looks really cool... But since only one person ownes the car it apparently is nothing more than a bucket of crap.
