so im hunting more info

about my 89 bird

i do have the original build sheet, would contacting the gm media archive give me more information?

there are a few codes i could find out but theres bunch of other codes i could do with some help translating
it says dept/group - 17-70-70 and delv location - CNSL (any idea where or who?)
also some other bits i couldnt find out on the net:
interior - P82B
int colour - GRT
under small text 'DE7' - PUN
under small text 'ZK3' - EXP
frt carpet - 3754
rear carpet 030

cant find the sticker with all rpo codes in the car, not where they normally are anyway, though i did notice there seems to be two similar shaped stickers underside of the hood, though it was resprayed and they are covered over now

Re: so im hunting more info

interior P82B = P no idea but the 82B indicates the color 82 = Gray B = Trim level, in this case the B indicates the Base interior. C would indicate the Custom interior and D = the Deluxe interior or the Ultima "GTA" style seats.
GRT = I would assume Gray
ZK3 - EXP = Exported car

Re: so im hunting more info

In hindsight the EXP is often abbreviated for Export, So I made an assumption... thought I would let you know...
