New to the board!
Looks great.
I have a chance to trade my motorcycle for this.
I need some help as to the key areas to look at. Places rust will be hiding!
He claims: New brakes/rotors; new master cylinder; engine/tranny rebuild.
Does not have current inspection due to hole on driver's side floor.
Odometer is around 75,000 May be going to see it on Saturday.
I am not opposed to repairing a little at a time but do not want to get a rust bucket!

See if you can get under the car with some good light (sun, flashlight, etc). Have a good look around for anything that spells trouble. Any bad rust or corrosion.
Also regarding rust, look closely at the headliner, seats and carpet for any unusual stains or water marks.
Other things . . .
- Can you run the car? How does the exhaust look? Normal, blue smoke, etc? Then check all the options (AC including fan speeds and different vent locations like defrost and floor, lights, wipers, seats, windows, door locks, etc).
- Open and close both doors, hood, and rear hatch. Do they work OK. Do things line-up?
- How are the seals (weatherstripping)?
