Petition to add "maro" to the banned word list - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

Please post to this petition if you'd like to see the word "maro" added to the banned words list.

Something about seeing it in a post just irritates me every time. It's takes less than a second to type the Ca in front.......quit being lazy. It's a car not the inside of a bone!

Maro is a nick-name for a camaro, been that way for years and years even before the beloved 3rd gen

I prefer it when people say to me, "Nice IROC man!"

When they say, "Nice 'maro man!" it seems like it's more of a mu llet mobile backyard ******* thing. (don't get me wrong i'm probably the biggest git 'r dun ******* on here lol, but my car isn't)

The P.C. ideology irritates me so bad it is like shoving bamboo under my fingernails. Why not do something about a REAL problem and stop the school textbooks from removing phrases like "Founding Fathers" from our kids school books. Have you ever heard of an "African Canadian" They call themselves "Canadians". I think we are taking this too far personally and Political correctness is killing this country and I will not let it take over our board by banning "Maro"
