No, I don't believe they did. Police agencies are not fond of pop-up headlights. Plus the Camaro was much cheaper then the Trans Am, which is what the agencies wanted.

my high school had a 91 or 92 formula with police colors, lights, seems like it was used as a service vehicle at one point, but it was used for homecoming and special events, never did figure out what was the deal with it
