As stated in most states salvage/junkyards generally won't sell whole cars. On the one that is supposed to have a 350 if it's factory then it would have to be at least a '87 (tenth VIN digit H) and the eighth difit would be an 8 (Indicate a factory 350). Otherwise as you probably know, would have to get block numbers to verify 305 or 350.
If the one is in such good shape does Kentucky allow you to get a Salvage title from a bill of sale? I'm just curious how different states work.
