If the rust isn't that bad, why don't you buy a soda blaster and do the work yourself and probably save yourself some money along the way. After that, buy some POR15, and coat whatever you like to protect it from rust ever forming again. It's a poorman's powdercoating, but it works forever. As far as buying a soda blaster, look online or i'm not sure if they are in Jersey, but Harbor Freight is great for cheap tools.

Thanks redta for the advise! i've been doing the de-rusting thing for almost a year now, plus recently i keep getting bit in my driveway by something and removing road tar is a PITA. I know, i'm feel lazy but if there's a place that can do it quicker and better i'll gladly pay them. yes there is a harbor freight tool store near me, but i go there when i'm desperate because all their tools are made in china and i like to by USA.
I hear that, i use their tools as usually a disposable tool, or something that couldn't fail even if it was better quality. Might want to google restoration shops and things like that, might come up with something there or in the yellow pages.
I can do refinishing work, I do it on the side for all my third geners, I just completed my own fuel and power steering hard lines and they look brand new, Ive done rim polishing and painting, gas tanks, springs, body work, seal replacement, boosters and master cylinders, undercoating, sway bars, ac delete boxes, you name it. I work from home and only charge a fraction of what a resto shop would, I'm located in N. Jersey.Let me know if your intrested,
