If you're going to install a factory style power seat into your 3rd gen you have to have this piece or you have nothing to attach the switch to. The switch itself snaps into the back of this piece and this piece screws onto the trim piece that runs along the side of the seat. Both 3rd and 4th gen switches will snap into this trim piece. The bezel is in almost perfect condition, it has some dust on it in the picture. These are rare and very hard to find because they are now discontinued. I do not have the screws. I take PayPal.
