a v6 cluster is what i want

hey guys im looking for a v6 115mph gauge cluster, actually a 145 would be great but im not sure if they made them in 145 mph. its going into my 84 camaro, need all gauges to work(gas/speed/tech/oil pressure/volts)(this car doesnt have dummby lights) please, also need the trip and total odomitors to work please. obvisoulsy i dont care bout the miles on it im not that picky anywas thanks, im thinking 45 shipped? let me now on the price im not sure what the v6 ones go for.

i do have a z28 gauge for sell, or trade. its 145 mph, tech/speed/gas/volt works not sur ebout the oil pressure bc this is a v6 but the gauge does move, just not of the red zone so idk bout that one. 46xxx on the total i believe and the trip works but reseting it is tricky, it kinda does and doesnt. i just want the v6 cluster for the red lines on the tech/oil pressure. that im picky bout. thanks for looking.

Why not just put a V6 tach on the 145mph cluster you have now?

This dude has tons of stuff: http://berlinetta.info/home.htm Just go into parts for sale, then electronics and he has quite a selection of stuff for sale. Just email him with your want list.

It is $15 for shipping. You probably want the one 85Iroc-Z has though, since mine has a couple small scratches on the face of the tach and oil pressure gauge, and the rivets holding the gauge face on are rusty. PM me if you're still interested.

Were you looking for the 85 mph cluster, or the 115 mph. Also, im assumig you want the tach as well, not the big gas guage?

Re: a v6 cluster is what i want

If your car is an 84' than your existing BRAKE warning light should be on the far RIGHT. The cluster from a 85-89 has the BRAKE warning on the far LEFT so it will not be a "direct" swap for your car. ( you could just pull all the gauges from it and install them in your original cluster. ) The 85-89 Cluster is not compatible with the 82-84 dash wiring and the swap causes problems with the back-lighting as well as the BRAKE light.

I prefer the 1984 needle gauges over all other styles that were made - Except for the double needle speedo ( that should be a 145 Speedo ! ) Last Spring I converted all the gauges in my 86 IROC to the 84 Version.

Re: a v6 cluster is what i want

well thats nice to now, dam it chevy, ya its got a z28 in there now and the back lighting is not that great, also when the headligghts come on the tach and volt meter stop working...but my brake light is far right, next to the check engine next to the choke light. so is this a 84 z28 cluster or are z28s like that?

o and to clerify, again, i dont have any other cluster except for the z28 one thats in the car.

Re: a v6 cluster is what i want

Since your Brake warning light is on the far right,... the cluster you're using right now is a pre-85 style.
