1990 Firebird Firewall Carpet Pad

WTB a good condition (no water damage or mildew) firewall carpet pad for a 1990 Firebird. No sure of the official name. However, it is the carpet padding (complete separate piece from the carpet itself) with the rubber sound deadener that goes under the carpet behind the pedals, across the front of the car (behind the radio, etc), all the way to the right passenger side. It is approximately 4 X 2 feet. I took my whole interior out to resurface the metal floor and mine was water damaged. Shipping to 34986. Thanks! Rob

I got one out of my 90 formula but it will be a while before I get that deep in my tear down.

Re: 1990 Firebird Firewall Carpet Pad

Thanks! Do please let me know when you get to it. I don't think it is too difficult to get to even if the car's interior isn't removed. I think you can peel back the front of the carpeting (where it goes up vertically along the firewall) to expose it. The only tricky part are the bolts in back of the center console. The main problem I've been running into is that once I get to it in other cars it is water damaged or molded from previously unknown holes through the floor pan. Shipping would be to 34986. Thanks.
