I'm looking for an AC delete dash and controls for an 85+ firebird. I'd really like to buy the whole dash board, cluster and all. But mostly looking for the heater controls, cables for the controls, and the dash itself.
Thanks
Alex

I have the dash, gauges (gas and speed), most of the harness ( i think i cut it by the firewall), and i might have the non-a/c controls, but i may have sold them. So if someone else has the cables and controls, i have the dash board and basic gauge cluster.
i can help with some of the parts,,
i have the wiring harness, inside heat box, inside duct work, might even have the block off plates for the dashboard not sure will need to check on those , heater control head, both left and right fresh air boxes, cables and plate. just missing firewall blower motor box,
I'm not sure exactly what I need and what can be used from my AC dash.
84redta: How much do you want for the dash and cluster? And could I get a pic of it?
ted: How much for the controls, air boxes, cables, heat box, duct work and plate. Also, could I get a pic of the controls?
BTW does anyone know if I would need the wiring harness.
Thanks
Alex

Your original dash can be used - you simply need to remove the AC type air box and ducts mounted to the back of the dash housing and install a non-AC airbox.... The side vents get removed and the holes are covered by plastic block off plates.
If you don't work out a deal with these guys than send me a PM. I've got everything needed for a Firebird conversion.
Non-AC Air box
Block off plates
Heater (core ) box (cable type)
Center Console Controls (Firebird)
Fresh Air boxes
Under column trim with vent controls
Engine Firewall non-AC Blower box
Non-AC harness
I've only got a $100 at the moment and I'm on a tight budget so if I didn't have to buy a complete dash that would be awesome.
Thanks for the help guys.
Alex
