I bought a 89 Firebird 305 TBI auto car with t-tops and the windsheild and vin was missing, it would be great to find a 89 305 vin but will consider anything. pm me with prices and details
if its missing the title and vin plate are you sure you didnt buy a stolen car???
I have a title that matches the door, hatch, fenders, quarter panels, hood, but the dash vin is missing, the vin # is 1G2FS21E9KL225369 ,I purchased a carfax and it showed no signs of theft, any more info about this car that anyone can find out will be apreciated

If you have the original title to the doors and watnot, you can have a new vin tag made up as long as you show proof of ownership. I cant remember off the top of my head of a place that will do it but Ive heard of a few guys on here talking about it.
#1...VIN swapping is illegal. Re-issueing the VIN from the state is your ONLY legal way. The state would probably just issue a new VIN, rather than try to recreate the original VIN. Never heard of an old VIN being re-stamped.
