My IROC does. But it's recently failed, just as the rest of my steering column during the theft. But you stick the key in, push it in, the pull it back. I'll let you know if my new column has one or not.
Yeah, you should have it. If you don't, there's something wrong with it.
It wasn't an option or specific to Camaros, they all have it. In fact, that section of the steering column and ignition was common to many different Chevy & GM vehicles in the 80's and early 90's. S10 & S15 trucks, Blazers and Jimmys for example. All having an "accessory" ignition position.
My '86 which does not have tilt or Vats does not go to accesory position.
My '92 that has tilt and Vats does go to accessory position.
Go figure.
