Power window motor fix?

http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...a673076baf21d8

Many 4th gen owners use this kit and claim to have great results with it. I am wondering how hard it would be to adapt this to our cars?

Re: Power window motor fix?

You could easily make one of those for our cars. Essentially what is being done is the power supply wire is moved from the fuse box to the battery.

Personally, I don't see how this will help window motors. Sure they will go faster because they have more power. Problem is, they are set up for the power they should have. You throw more power at them, you shorten the life, not lengthen it.

Just my 2 cents on that
