I don't know how else to explain this, but when I turn on the left turn signal and take the left turn, the signal keeps blinking and doesn't stop blinking until I manually stop it.

Yes, you need to replace the turn signal cancelling cam. It's not hard, but you do have to remove your steering wheel and get into the column. There's a tech article on how to do it. Here's a tech article from a Fiero site. It's 100% the same as our camaros.

I don't mean to bring up a dead thread... But i have the same problem, but my steering wheel isnt tilt... is it the same thing?

Yep - same thing. Tilt won't matter - the tilt mechanism is way down inside the steering column - you'll never even see it when you go to replace the cancelling cam (IF you had it).
