Hey everyone, does anyone here have these seats installed in there car from hawks?? I'm thinking about getting them in the future as my seats are ripped...I rather replace them with something a bit more up to date and these would match my black/tan combo perfect! A bit pricey though...any pictures would be cool thanks

They really do look good to me. Did you fit them yourself? How do you find the fit? Also, can you tell that they are not leather and does it bother you that they are vinyl? I am in Australia and it really gets hot a lot. Thanks. Ron
When I purchased these last fall, Hawk's had them on sale with the seat covers already installed so I jumped on them. The only thing that could be improved upon with these seats is maybe a bit more foam padding in a few places, but I'm extremely happy with them. I used por-15 on the seat brackets, as well as the bottoms of the seats where the metal is exposed--there was rust showing when I got them since these are used seat cores.
The hampton vinyl in good stuff and most of my friends that see the car think that they are leather at first glance. I have yet to drive the car in the summer heat with these seats installed, so I'm not sure how bad they stick to you when its really humid out.
I agree. Changing seat covers is a great time to build up foam and improve comfort of the seat. Other than that the covers themselves look great.

are they 6 way power for the drivers seat and lumbar and side support for both seats?
you can get leather out of a 2002 firebird and it will look great.
and what are you going to do for seat belt holders in the headrest?
every try to get a seatbelt through one of those?
i suggest you find a nice set from a yard - i got mine in florida and they are great.
dont forget you will have to get the wiring that joing the two seats together so that the 6 way elect works and the supports do to.
the way gm does it is the compressor is under the passenger seat and it works the passenter and the drivers seat. you have dual hoses that lock into both seats and both need elect - the harness will run you 99.99.
its a good investment - good luck.
