For the life of me I can't turn my key back to listen to music or attempt to fix my radio unless I turn it foward and all my gauges an dlights go on which will drain my battery faster. I've tried the original keys, the keys I have made, and just cant get it.
So basically I am asking how the heck can I get this thing to turn back?
I dont remember if the steering wheel has to be locked before you can do this, but check that just incase. Also try pushing the ingnition in while turning. If both of these dont help.Thats all i can think of at the moment.
Tried it locked and I tried pushing in and not pushing in, it just doesn't want to go back...If I can't get it to work I take it all i need is new ignition barrel?
I'm going to fiddle with more today to see if I can get it.

It's either in your ignition cylinder or the adjustment of your ignition switch. The ignition key needs to be pressed in slightly then turned back. If it's doing that but not engaging the switch, adjustment may be required.

Automatic...I've always thought all these cars would have it...odd...mine didn't come witht he manual so its kind of hard to tell what I don't and do have.
No lever in front of the lock cylnder either...maybe it just doesn't have one?
Its not even turning back so it doesn't need adjustment I don't think.
