Where can I get the foam that goes underneath the seat covers? Can I get it with the seat covers? My driver's side seat has a tear in it and the foam has been severely damaged. Where can I find the foam? If it comes with the seat cover, its even better Thanks for the help

I don't know of anyplace selling it new (maybe GM? but probably a discontinued part). But lots of yards can sell you the foam used. Don't cringe - once you take the seat apart and take off the upholstery, it's just a chunk of foam and it can be scrubbed with Simple Green etc and it will be just fine after drying out for a day or two in the sun.

Check with places like Hawks Third Gen (hit their ad link from this site). I've bought a lot of stuff from them and they are great!

I looked for the foam for a friends car, and was told it was not reproduced at this time but was in the works. Now I don't know that to be fact or just B.S.
But if you have a place around your town that sell upholstery supplies you can rebuild/repad your foam fairly cheap.
All you need is some 1/4" thick foam, a can of spray glue and a knife, that should be less than a $50.00. And if it is real bad use 1/2" foam, and if it cut up bad on the bottom of the foam you can glue a piece of vinyl or burlap on there to keep it from getting tore up anymore.
