Back Seat Removal??

I am trying to remove my back seats. I can't get them out. I can see a torx bolt in the side of the backs of the seats, but I've tried 3 different bits, and I can't find a way to get a torx bit to actuall fit in order to unscrew them...

There is a nut on both bottom sides of the rear upper seats, look where the lap belt would be, and feel under the bottom corner of the seat, and you should feel a nut, that is similar to the nut that holds the front seats to the floor. Keep the seat in the upright position as you do this.

Hope that helps.
