Is something Missing from the steering column?

Picked up this 1989 RS from a friend of mine. I am wondering if the is something missing from the steering column. I can see a pretty substantial hole, down and to the left of the the ignition.

Sorry for the low quality of the picture.

Yes, the hazzard button is missing. It just held in place with one screw so it's easy to replace. If you need one let us know.

Thanks for all the quick responses. That doesn't fall very high on the list of things to fix right now. But when it's time ill know where to come looking.
