Alright I posted this in the electronics section but it doesn't get any traffic there. I recently had the dash out of my '88 Trans-Am to repair some firewall rust. Upon reinstall, I have a few spots of question. There are 2 wires I can't find homes for. One is a single purple wire with a white stripe up by where the harness goes through the firewall on the driver's side with a gray connector. I also have a 2 wire connector with a larger gauge purple and yellow wire in it. It is/was by the hood release handle area. I will put a pic below too...basically, I need either a picture of someone else's wiring under their dash in that area for comparison or just what those wires are and where they are supposed to go. There is the possibility they go nowhere, but I can't get the car to start now and I suspect one of the purple wires is for signal to the starter upon turning the key/ignition.
If you look above, I'm talking about the wires in the upper left approx. area...that's the purple/yellow wire 2 wire connector. And the single purple wire with a white stripe near the black wire with a connector in the middle and kitty corner below/left of the blue fuse.
