82 z28 radio - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

So I'm looking at an 82 z28. I turned down buying it originally because the radio that was in it was apparently stolen and the wires were cut in the process.

I'm starting to wonder if I really want to just buy it and do the work. The car needs a lot of interior work, but it's right up my alley as to what I'm looking for. The problem is that I am just not savvy with electrical work at all, and I know I couldn't do much with this on my own. How much do you think this would cost to fix and how extensive a job would it be? It's starting to get cold here in the greater Philly area, and if it was in the summer and not approaching November, I'd buy it and take the time to properly fix, but I plan to be driving the car between 5 and 10 miles a day on dry days, so I'd like to have heat.

What do you guys think about the work/what would need to be done/how much? Thank you.
