4th gen seat help.

Well, I picked up a seat of 4th gen cloth seats for the front don't really know if they're considered black or dark grey. Anyway, do most of u guys that have 4th gen seats use the 3rd gen seat belt receivers or did u switch to the 4th gen style? The seats have what I assume are holes to bolt the belt receivers on the actual seats. Didn't find much info on this using the seach.

Re: 4th gen seat help.

you can use the beltreciever from a thirdgen, the holes matches the ones from the 4thgens.

I used my thirgenreciever on my 4thgen seats fits perfectly

Re: 4th gen seat help.

If I bolt the receivers to the actual seats then I assume the buckles would come up a liltle higher making it easier to buckle my fat *** in correct?

Re: 4th gen seat help.

hahaha yes the thirdgen look like Elf ears on the 4th gen headrest, they stick more out in hight.
In my case when the belt is in the upper part of the reciever it cuts my throat.
