Anyone looking for a superbright LED alternative - this is it - I thought I'd never see again after testing it. It's 48 bulb, comes with both a 194 adapter and a festoon adapter - only downfall is it takes about 3 weeks for it to arrive from Hong Kong - but for $8 waiting is easy.
I don't see any current limiting resistors in those pictures.
Maybe they have them on the back of the board, but if there are none. I wouldn't expect these LEDs to last very long.

I had one of those in my car, after a year half the leds didnt work anymore, and the remaining ones where flickering like a danceclub.
so I made 1 myself with a 4 leds of 5mm and a couple of resisors. made to work on 15V ( this way they never burn out because of high voltage )
costs less then that plate from ebay, and works better.
