tilt column compatability

my tilt column took a crap is it possible to use a non tilt column from one of


the earlier third gen camaros and swap em out ?

Nobody ever claimed the L03 was a performance engine but I'll tell you this. I get in my car every day, turn the ignition, she starts. It's as reliable as a swiss watch. Us TGO members need the high HP motors at the quarter mile and need us L03 drivers still on the road to help maintain the Third Gen presence.

Re: tilt column compatability

Your profile shows you have an '89 Camaro. If that's the case, you actually need to use a column from an '89 to keep everything working correctly. The only difference between 84-88 and 89 columns is the VATS system so if you bypass the VATS system you can use an 84-88 column.
