What is this part and where do I get it?

On the back of the ac/ heat control panel is a vacuum valve that rotates with the top slide switch. Mine is leaking when in certain positions. Is there somewhere to buy a new on or do I have to take my chances with a used one? ANd what is it actually called?

I got the one off my parts car and it leaked the same way. Pulled original one apart and cleaned it and coated with dielectric grease and it works fine for now. Hopefully it will stay that way. It has been leaking and taking a long time to swap over for at least a couple of years now.
