Ls1 evap system.....

ok, i'm getting ready to drop my setup in, now i was curious do you guys hook up the evap system or delete it from the computer? i have currently on the motor the purge valve and a line w/ the service port, i was worndering if i should just run it to my 3rd gen charcoal canister, or if i should purchase a charcoal canister from an ls1 car. i am aware that i have to delete the fuel tank pressure sensor due to the fact i[m using my 3rd gen tank, anything i'm forgetting?
