these the lsx swap headers? i know a local guy that did a ls1 swap and bought these headers with the y pipe and he said the headers didnt fit very well but the ypipe was the real problem...it was way off and needed cutted and welded up to fit.

not sure if anyone else had this experience but thats what he said. and those headers are very expensive

wasnt a mustang, it was stripes in the 346 camaro.
put a car on him by the middle of third.
he ran 102mph on a 100 shot. i ran him on motor. i got the jump, took him till 100mph to catch up to me.
i think its got 98mph on motor with the gear.
i can only pray.

Headers fit perfect on my car... No problems. But unless they get with spohn and seriously re-design the y-pipe, ide stay away from it. Its ok to get you goin...just a lot of work to make it fit.

I have zero complaints about the headers. They are perfect in my opinion.

yea, I was corrected about the Muckstang thing too. Must've been a helluva gear change to kill the top end charge that much. I hope my 3.90's will be good. Need to see some times on yer beast dude since you refitted it to REALLy go fast now. Gawd I wish I could find time to work on mine. The parts in storage have spider webs on them. I think a squirrel took up a homestead in my 9"!!

oh no it didnt kill my top end. i got the jump on him and he spun. i just held him off till then.
it pulls harder and harder up top.
youll have to take a ride sometime.
its fast, but it feels really fast.
most of the time you get used to the power and its like.... time for more mods, but mine feels fresh everytime i hit the gas.
pretty fat on the tq side.
